Click on "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button on the homepage. Fill in your details, choose your role (Participant, Conductor, or DJ), and create your account. You'll receive a welcome email to verify your account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! You can browse all sessions and attend your first session for free. After that, you can purchase individual sessions or subscribe to our monthly plans.

What equipment do I need?

You need a computer or mobile device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. For dance classes, ensure you have enough space to move around.

Booking & Payments

How do I book a session?

Browse available sessions, click on the one you're interested in, and click "Book Now". You'll be prompted to complete payment through Stripe or PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before the session starts. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% refund policy.

Do you offer bundles or packages?

Yes! We offer session bundles at discounted rates. Check our Sessions page for available bundles and special offers.

Sessions & Classes

How do I join a live session?

Once you've booked a session, you'll receive an email with the session link. Click the link 5-10 minutes before the start time to join via Zoom or Jitsi Meet.

What if I miss a session?

Some sessions are recorded and available for replay. Check with your instructor about recording availability. You can also reschedule to another session if available.

Can I interact with the instructor during the session?

Absolutely! Our live sessions are interactive. You can ask questions, get feedback, and participate in real-time.

What skill levels do you cater to?

We offer sessions for all levels - from complete beginners to advanced performers. Each session listing indicates the skill level required.

For Instructors

How do I become an instructor?

Sign up with the "Conductor" or "DJ" role. Complete your profile, submit your credentials, and once approved, you can start creating and hosting sessions.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed automatically after each session. You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account or PayPal. We charge a 15% platform fee.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes! You have full control over your session pricing. We recommend researching similar sessions to price competitively.

What if I have technical issues during a session?

Contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. We'll help troubleshoot and, if necessary, provide a refund or reschedule.

Which browsers are supported?

We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
